Skyline Equities Realty has announced the start of leasing at Skyline Century of Progress, an Evangeline Gouletas Signature Premier Rental Residence offering 293 luxury apartments at Lake and Wells streets in the Loop.

Originally constructed in 1930, before the 1933 Century of Progress World’s Fair in Chicago, Skyline Century of Progress is a classical art-deco skyscraper listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Apartments in the building range in size from 439 to 1,414 square feet and include studios and units with one to three bedrooms and one to two baths. Introductory rents range from $899 to $3,600 per month and reflect a move-in promotion of two months free rent. Residents can choose between luxuriously furnished and unfurnished apartments. Three decorated models are available for viewing, including studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.

Until Aug. 31, residents can take advantage of Skyline’s signature “hassle-free” moving service, which offers $500 towards moving costs and complimentary maid service on move-in day.
