Mr. Cardenas consults with the Skyline executive team as well as fellow board members regarding Skyline’s condominium development business.
At Tew Cardenas, he oversees the Governmental Affairs Practice of the firm at its three main offices: In Washington, D.C. – the firm represents both domestic and foreign, private and public sector clients including a number of governments in the Western Hemisphere. In Tallahassee, Florida – the firm represents clients with advocacy, regulatory and administrative litigation process in the legislative and executive branches of state government in our state’s capital. Its clients include municipalities, state government agencies and a representative number of our state’s most significant corporate citizens. In Miami, Florida – the firm’s local government practice in South Florida includes representation in land use/environmental matters, contract vendors and generally clients having significant interest before local governing bodies.

Evangeline Sunday Monroe consults on company-wide and integrated condominium development technology.
Ms. Monroe is President of Future Homes, Inc., a real estate investment, eMarketing and consulting firm located in Miami, FL and President of DMT Productions Inc a Digital Multimedia Technology Production Company. She is also the owner of eTargetGlobal.com a Global Targeted Mass eMail Marketing Company and RealeFlyer.com a Global Real Estate eMarketing Company.
Ms. Monroe has vast experience in accounting systems as well as over 15 years experience in computer information systems. She has developed and trademarked “Condo’s of the Future” which is being implemented at Skyline at Mary Brickell Village. Through a wireless touch-screen panel residents are able to utilize the automated car valet, access security cameras around the property, review and communicate various condominium management functions, schedule spa or restaurant reservations and integrate with the participating business in the surrounding areas.
Ms. Monroe has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
She is a Landmark Education graduate of all their senior courses and seminars including Team Management and Leadership Program and Communication Program, Self-Expression and Leadership Program and Wisdom Course.
In 2004, she became the youngest member ever on the Board of Trustees of the Miami Science Museum and Planetarium.
At the age of 16 Evangeline Sunday was an Olympic Athlete on the Olympic A team for the US Field Hockey Team. The Olympic A team is reserved to replace injured players.
She is also a recording artist, motivational singer, songwriter, writer and speaker.

Hugh Wiedman has over 30 years of senior level experience in real estate acquisitions and development in the South Florida market. He is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of all aspects of the organization and for designing, improving and implementing systems and policies. Mr. Wiedman manages the business relationships of the company as the Project Manager for Skyline At Mary Brickell Village, where his responsibilities include the coordination of marketing, sales, construction, financing, accounting and administration.
Mr. Wiedman was previously Director of Development with the Dahlawi Group, an overseas real estate investment group with a global portfolio of properties. In South Florida, Mr. Wiedman oversaw the management of the downtown Miami Hyatt Regency Hotel, the initial restoration of the Freedom Tower, and the former Columbus & McAllister Hotels which were redeveloped in 1990 to the Columbus Bazaar Retail Center. Worldwide, he assisted in the oversight, acquisition and management of Hotels in Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean and residential properties in Oregon and Nevada. Mr. Wiedman was also the local managing director of the investment group’s Florida insurance company and finance companies.
Prior to the Dahlawi Group, Mr. Wiedman was Director of Acquisitions for Worsham Brothers Development Group where he was involved with the restoration and redevelopment of the Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel, the development and operation of the Miami Hyatt Regency Hotel, the management of the RiverParc Hotel and the economic restructuring of the St. Paul Hotel in St. Paul Minnesota.
After receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Miami in Biology and Chemistry, Mr. Wiedman went on to earn a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Miami with concentration in Finance and Marketing.

Dr. Vayanos spearheads the Skyline executive team’s sales and marketing efforts, utilizing his international experience at servicing clients and penetrating new markets. His responsibilities include overseeing the operations of Skyline Realty International, advertising, branding, special events, Sales Center design, Common Area design, public relations and corporate social responsibility initiatives for Skyline on a national and international level.

From his days as a licensed Sales Agent in Manhattan, NY, to his consulting career as Managing Director of S.G.V. Consulting, LLC, in Miami, FL, Dr. Vayanos’ business philosophy focuses on building mutually beneficial strategic relationships and alliances.

As Contract Administrator and Research Analyst, Mr. Bibr ensures that necessary purchase documents are fully executed, keeps track of remaining inventory and pricing, acts as a liaison and coordinator between the buyer and the closing agent, prepares pro forma statements, and creates a detailed market analysis on local real estate market.
Mr. Bibr has been with Skyline since 2002 when he worked as a leasing director for Skyline Century of Progress, a 300-unit luxury rental high-rise residences in downtown Chicago. Mr. Bibr relocated to the United States in 1996 after successfully starting up his own business.
Mr. Bibr attended School of Architecture in Brno in the Czech Republic majoring in civil engineering and later attending Harold Washington and Truman Colleges in Chicago. He currently holds a Florida Real Estate Broker license and Illinois Real Estate Salesperson license.

Jacqueline Ferrer joined the Skyline team in November 2008 to head the Accounting group. The group's responsibilities include cost control, construction budgeting, management reporting and general accounting.
Jacqueline Ferrer has over 9 years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked with major developers such as Lennar Homes, Hyperion Group, Century Builders and Gencom. Jacqueline has previously created and managed accounting construction teams that have been able to efficiently handle the volume and intricacies inherent in fast paced multiple project environment.
Prior to working in the real estate industry, Jacqueline worked in public accounting for 13 years for companies such as Ernest & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Jacqueline also worked for private industries for Software companies and Cable Providers supporting both US and Latin America businesses. Within these areas she has developed expertise in financial systems development, financial planning and financial reporting.
Jacqueline Ferrer holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration, from the University of Miami.

Mr. Strahan is responsible for project and corporate accounting and accounting systems support for Skyline.
Mr. Strahan has fifteen years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. His experience includes real estate land development construction, retail land sales, shopping center development, and accounting management for condominium, townhome and home owner associations in South Florida. He also has accounting management experience in the wholesale food distribution industry, and engineering & construction in the power and infrastructure sectors. He also has experience managing accounting system conversions, and using the Electronic Payment Association’s system.
Mr. Strahan is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami with a major in accounting. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.
