As Senior Member of the Board of Advisors, Mr. Cardenas consults with the Skyline executive team as well as fellow board members regarding Skyline’s condominium development business.

At Tew Cardenas, he oversees the Governmental Affairs Practice of the firm at its three main offices: In Washington, D.C. – the firm represents both domestic and foreign, private and public sector clients including a number of governments in the Western Hemisphere. In Tallahassee, Florida – the firm represents clients with advocacy, regulatory and administrative litigation process in the legislative and executive branches of state government in our state’s capital. Its clients include municipalities, state government agencies and a representative number of our state’s most significant corporate citizens. In Miami, Florida – the firm’s local government practice in South Florida includes representation in land use/environmental matters, contract vendors and generally clients having significant interest before local governing bodies.
Mr. Cardenas has been involved as counsel of record in a number of precedent-setting and published court decisions, administrative actions and policy decisions and has either sponsored, co-sponsored or participated as faculty in a significant number of seminars throughout the years with entities such as MBI, The Florida Bar and Florida International University. |

Ms. Carter consults on company-wide and integrated condominium development technology matters.
Ms. Carter is President of Future Homes, Inc., a real estate investment, brokerage, and consulting firm located in both San Diego, CA and Miami, FL.
Ms. Carter has vast experience in accounting systems as well as over 15 years experience in computer information systems. She has developed and trademarked “Condo’s of the Future” which is being implemented at Skyline at Mary Brickell Village. Through a wireless touch-screen panel residents are able to utilize the automated car valet, access security cameras around the property, review and communicate various condominium management functions, schedule spa or restaurant reservations and integrate with the participating business in the surrounding areas.
Ms. Carter has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management.
She attended the Landmark Forum, the foundation of all Landmark Education’s programs, completing a series of graduate courses and seminars in Team Management, Leadership and Communication.
In 2004, she became the youngest member ever on the Board of Trustees of the Miami Science Museum and Planetarium. She is also the Founder and Sponsor of the Miami Field Hockey Association which targets Olympic quality athletes. |

As owner and operator of a Project Development and Construction Consulting Company in Miami, Smith specializes in complex projects requiring expertise in directing and coordinating Design Professionals in timely and cost sensitive document delivery, builder selection, contract negotiation, final pricing and qualifications, construction oversight, quality control, project turnover, post construction closeout, and issue resolution. His efforts often result in significant savings in Project costs and delivery time.
Smith retired from Turner Construction Company after thirty-five years as a Senior Vice President. He was responsible for all of Turner’s activities in Florida since 1985, and served as a Director of the Company and as a member of Turner’s Executive Committee since 1985.
While living in South Florida, he directed Turner’s growth from a thirty person office to the largest builder in Florida with over 350 full time staff and over $750,000,000 in annual Construction Volume. He was responsible for three offices in the State and one in San Juan. Some of his noteworthy projects in Miami include the JW Marriott, Williams Island 7000 and 7200, The Bath Club, the Convocation Center and the Wellness Center at the University of Miami, twenty two Condominium Buildings on Fisher Island, Aqua Condominium on Miami Beach and several Projects for Florida International University.
Smith has a long history of South Florida civic involvement, serving on the Board of Governors for the Doral Ryder Open for nine years, as well as the Mercy Hospital Board of Governors and the Board of the Historic Museum of South Florida. He recently completed his second year as Chairman of the Board of Goodwill Industries of South Florida.
In 2002, he was recognized as Humanitarian of the Year by the March of Dimes, and in 2001 he was selected as the Corporate Honoree of the Year by the Black Business Association. He has chaired and hosted an annual Golf Tournament to benefit Goodwill Industries for nineteen years, contributing over $1,000,000. In January 2005, he was awarded the Valor Award by the American Diabetes Association in Miami, for outstanding Civic Contributions.

Pat Dahne serves as a Consultant for Skyline Realty FLA.
In 2006, she was the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB).
Ms. Dahne has vast experience in the real estate industry. She spent ten years as Regional President for Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Arvida Realty Services (acquired by Coldwell Banker in 2002). She led an internationally diverse group of 1200 sales associates who maintained the number one market share position in the Miami-Dade residential brokerage market during the entire tenure of her leadership.
In March 2005, she opened her own real estate firm, Pat Dahne Realty Group, focusing on investment and development properties.
She is active in many Miami-Dade community organizations including the American Diabetes Association Leadership Council, 2005-06 Chairman; the Coconut Grove Art and Historical Association, Board of Directors; Florida International University School of Business, Dean’s Council Member; and the South Miami Hospital Foundation, Board of Directors.
She is also a real estate columnist for Miami Monthly Magazine.
Pat was recognized in September 2004 by the SunPost newspaper as one of the “Power Women in Real Estate” in Miami-Dade and was honored in 2003 by the American Diabetes Association with its Valor Award for community service.
She is a 1975 graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science.

Hugh Wiedman has over 30 years of senior level experience in real estate acquisitions and development in the South Florida market. His responsibilities include discovering high-end luxury condominium opportunities in South Florida and other major urban markets throughout the Unites States.
Mr. Wiedman was previously Director of Development with Dahlawi Group, a real estate investment group with properties worldwide, which included the downtown Hyatt Regency Hotel, the initial restoration of the Freedom Tower, and the former Columbus/McAllister Hotel which was redeveloped in 1990 to the Columbus Bazaar Retail Center. He was also Director of Acquisitions for Worsham Brothers Development Group where he was involved with the restoration and redevelopment of the Coral Gables Biltmore Hotel.
Mr. Wiedman received a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University of Miami in Biology and Chemistry and a Masters of Business Administration from UM with a concentration in Finance and Marketing.

Mr. Michalakos is responsible for auditing and reporting on the results of financial activities and transactions, investment and financial analysis of existing projects, evaluating potential acquisition and development opportunities and for assisting in new business development within the global Skyline enterprise.
Mr. Michalakos has over twenty years experience in accounting and finance. He has significant experience in the real estate industry, having served in positions of Controller and Financial Analyst for real estate syndicators, developers, managers, contractors and homebuilders. His duties have included financial reporting, investment performance metrics, financial analysis and assisting with business development.
Mr. Michalakos is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Science from DePaul University, where he was a member of the National Honorary Fraternity, Beta Alpha Psi. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society.

Mr. Strahan is responsible for project and corporate accounting and accounting systems support for Skyline.
Mr. Strahan has fifteen years of accounting experience in the real estate industry. His experience includes real estate land development construction, retail land sales, shopping center development, and accounting management for condominium, townhome and home owner associations in South Florida. He also has accounting management experience in the wholesale food distribution industry, and engineering & construction in the power and infrastructure sectors. He also has experience managing accounting system conversions, and using the Electronic Payment Association’s system.
Mr. Strahan is a Certified Public Accountant. He obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Miami with a major in accounting. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

Ms. Perez is the Sales Manager for Skyline at Mary Brickell Village and Skyline on Brickell, supervising a team of 8 sales associates.
Ms. Perez has been a licensed real estate broker for 10 years, specializing in luxury condominiums the Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and South Miami areas. Before joining Skyline on Brickell, she sold condominiums at a recently converted waterfront property. Prior to that, Ms. Perez was the Director of Sales for Biltmore Village in Coral Gables.
Ms. Perez was born in Cuba and has lived in Miami for most of her life. She is a graduate of Miami-Dade Community College and the University of Miami, majoring in Interior Design and Business Law. She is also the President of the JPC Kidney Foundation and Libertad/South Florida Newspaper.

As Acquisition Officer and Research Analyst, Mr. Bibr identifies and acquires new projects, prepares pro forma statements, and creates detailed market analysis on local real estate market.
Mr. Bibr has been with Skyline since 2002 when he worked as a leasing director for Skyline Century of Progress, a 300-unit luxury rental high-rise residences downtown Chicago. Mr. Bibr relocated to the United States in 1996 after successfully starting up his own business.
Mr. Bibr attended School of Architecture in Brno in the Czech Republic majoring in civil engineering and later attending Harold Washington and Truman Colleges in Chicago. He currently holds a Florida real estate broker license.

As Business Development Executive, Mr. Navarro is responsible for private equity funding, sales strategic planning and implementation, as well as collaboration with the Marketing department, introducing future development opportunities; foster broker’s relations to sale development’s inventory.
Prior to working at Skyline at Mary Brickell, Mr. Navarro was President of a business development company providing private equity funding to real estate developers, introducing development opportunities, investors, buyers & broker’s relations.
Mr. Navarro was born in Guadalajara, Mexico; he studied Business Administration and has lived in Miami for over 12 years.
